An organisation that is punching above its weight, Two Rivers is currently delivering approximately one hundred new homes each year and is keen to do more with its partners in both Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

Hayley Selway, our current Chief executive, has led the organisation through a period of significant transformational change resulting in high quality services, high tenants’ satisfaction and warm, safe, affordable homes.  She is stepping down to take on a major consultancy role.

As our Chief Executive, you will provide strong and inspirational leadership, maintain our positive organisational culture and embody our values in everything that you do. You will work closely with the Chair and Board to ensure effective governance and continue to build on our strong strategic partnerships with housing sector organisations, local businesses and statutory bodies. You will understand our role as a community investor and the wider socio-economic impact that organisations like Two Rivers have. Your ability to build and nurture external partnerships will be key as you represent Two Rivers and the sector locally, regionally and nationally.

You will be unwavering in ensuring that Two Rivers meets all its regulatory, financial and legal compliance and will put tenants at the heart of the decision-making processes, ensuring the Board and the wider organisation are responding to their needs.

We are looking for an authentic leader with deep knowledge and experience of the housing sector, strong business acumen, and a clear understanding of risk. You will be confident, collaborative and emotionally intelligent, with excellent judgement and communication skills.
